We love dogs, and wanted to give a safe space for others to enjoy too

Giving you peace of mind

Insured

We would advise that all pets are covered by their own pet insurance for piece of mind. Hopefully nothing will happen during your visit, but in the occurrence that something does, we have public liability insurance up to £1m.

Poop bags on site

We all have busy lives, forget things, or just run out! But don’t worry we have poo bags and bins on site.

We only use eco-friendly compostable poo bags in our holders.

safety

Our Paddock features a 6ft fence around the parameter, this is to keep your pooch in and other wildlife out. Please drive into the field and securely shut the gate behind you before letting your dog out. This allows others to drive into the waiting area just before their time slot.

Meet the founder

Rebecca Chapman; founder of Pig & Pooch. Born and raised in Cornwall, her love for animals has led her down the path of becoming a Veterinary Nurse with 12 years experience. With this passion for animal wellbeing and armed with a pack of dogs of her own, she has formed and created a beautiful secure paddock for everyone to enjoy.

Why pig & pooch?

The inspiration behind the name came from dear little Pebble Pig, a spritely little Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossed with a Springer Spaniel. Pebble was Rebecca’s first dog and after departing for Rainbow bridge in 2001 at the grand age of 14yrs, she wanted to remember Pebble and continue her legacy in the form of Pig & Pooch. Her silhouette is even the forefront of the logo.
