Terms & Conditions

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our paddock for you and other users, please read the following. Each time you make a booking with Pig & Pooch, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to users or dogs whilst using Pig & Pooch Secure Dog Paddock. Every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the paddock for you to enjoy.

  • The use of the paddock is at your own risk. We recommend the user has pet insurance and is covered for public liability insurance, often included in your pet insurance policy (please check your policy details).

  • Please be careful when walking the field as parts of the field may be uneven. Please bare this in mind to prevent injury to you and your dogs(s).

  • Please discourage your dog from digging holes, chewing or causing damage to parts of the field. If any significant damage occurs, please make us aware via email so we can assess and put it right.

  • The mound is provided for dogs to who love to dig but digging may cause this to become unstable. Please be careful when waking on/over it to prevent injury to you or your dog. Using the mound will be at your own risk.

  • We recommended all dogs are fully vaccinated before using the paddock. If you have booked a slot with us and your dog becomes unwell, do not bring them to the field. Please contact us with as much notice as possible and we will try to re-arrange your booking.

  • If your dog is recovering from a contagious illness or is undergoing chemotherapy, please contact us to check it is safe for you to use the paddock.

  • Please do not enter the paddock before your allocated booking time and you must exit just before the end of your booking to allow the next person to enter. If you arrive late for your time slot you cannot recuperate this time back at the end of your booking.

  • The paddock is a non-smoking area. This is a fire risk and could cause significant damage if a fire were to break out. If someone is caught smoking in the field you will be banned from returning.

  • We ask that you respect the field and its contents at all times. Please discourage children from climbing the fencing, gate or equipment. If they do so this will be at their own risk.

  • Please do not leave dogs or children unattended at any time.

  • The maximum number of dogs allowed in the field at one time is 8 unless a prior agreement is made. Additional dogs over 4 are paid for at £1 per dog per booking. Additional dogs (over 8 dogs) will be charged at £1.50 per dog by prior agreement.

  • Users must lock the gate after use with the lock provided and must not divulge any combination codes to a third party. The codes are subject to change at any time and the current code will always be in your confirmation email.

  • The user who makes the booking is the person responsible for all people and dogs in the field during their time slot.

  • Please use the parking facilities at your own risk. Pig & Pooch will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss that may occur to your vehicle.

  • We advise locking the gate behind you once inside the paddock for your safety.

  • Bookings can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 24 hours before your booking time. There will be a 50p charge per cancellation to cover admin costs. Refunds will not be allocated after this time for weather conditions or non-attendance unless cancelled by Pig & Pooch. There is no charge for a re-schedule within 24 hours.
